46-year-old woman with breast droop and loss of volume after weight loss. A mastopexy-augmentation helped to reach her goals of fuller, perkier and more proportional breasts to her body. Silicone gel implants placed above the muscle and a lift of the nipples and areolas provided better balance and symmetry to her breasts.
