Before and after mastopexy and breast augmentation in a 28 year old woman. She had lost a significant amount of volume and tone in her breasts after several weight fluctuations. She wanted her breasts “back up where they belong”, without having to rely on a bra to create the look she was going for.
A breast augmentation added volume to the upper pole of her breasts. A lift relocated her breast tissue up higher on her chest, to lie mostly above the inframammary fold. Her areola diameter was reduced and the nipples moved to a higher location on the breast for a more youthful appearance.
Liposuction of the sides of the breasts (back fat/bra roll) and armpit area (axillary rolls) permanently removed fat from these areas to compliment her results.
Follow up photos are shown at two months after surgery. Most of her surgical swelling has resolved. Her incisions are pink, as expected, and will fade gradually over the first year after surgery. She has more upper breast fullness and a more youthful and aesthetic to her breasts – just what she wanted.
