Before and after right nipple-sparing mastectomy and implant reconstruction in a 74-year-old woman with breast cancer. She did not want any surgery on her other breast and wanted to look as natural as possible.
A combined mastectomy and implant reconstruction was done with one of our favorite breast surgeons. Following insertion of a smooth round saline-filled adjustable breast implant and postoperative chemotherapy, her saline implant was exchanged for a smooth round silicone device six months later.
Follow up photos are shown 1 year after her mastectomy and 6 months after implant exchange on her right.
