Before and after bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies and immediate reconstruction using a smooth round permanent postoperatively adjustable implant. The incisions for the mastectomies were hidden under the breasts in the inframammary fold.
The implants were inflated 80% full at the time of her mastectomy and were placed in the prepectoral position, on top of the pectoralis major muscle.
Follow up photos are shown at one month after surgery following one additional inflation with saline in the office at two weeks. She will continue to heal and recover and plan to have her ports removed in 3-6 months.
