Before and after bilateral non-nipple sparing mastectomies and immediate breast reconstruction in a 33 year old woman with left breast cancer. She previously had had two lumpectomies and chemotherapy to shrink her tumor. A completion mastectomy was required; she chose to have a prophylactic mastectomy on the other side.

Smooth, round adjustable saline implants were placed during her mastectomy surgery and inflated fully. A breast lift was incorporated at the same time. She completed additional chemotherapy and needed radiation therapy on the left.

Six months after the completion of radiation, her saline implants were later exchanged for cohesive silicone gel implants. She also had nipple reconstruction using a local flap technique and later had medical tattoo in the office under local anesthesia.

Follow up photos are shown a two years after her mastectomies and year and a half after implant exchange and nipple-areola reconstruction.
