43-year-old woman with extensive left breast DCIS that also involved the nipple. A left skin-sparing mastectomy and immediate single-stage breast implant reconstruction was performed to preserve her body image and best match her right breast, which was untouched. A left nipple and areola reconstruction was performed as a separate outpatient procedure. Follow up photos at 6 months after surgery are shown.
