54-year-old woman with left breast cancer. She underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies and immediate single-stage breast implant reconstructions, followed by chemotherapy and left breast radiation. Follow up photos at one year after radiation therapy show natural, symmetric breast reconstructions with soft results on both the radiated and non-radiated side. Note slightly darker pigmentation of the radiated skin.
