54-year-old woman with left breast cancer treated with a large lumpectomy. In order to avoid radiation therapy, she chose to have a left nipple-sparing mastectomy and a prophylactic nipple-sparing mastectomy on the right. Immediate single-stage breast implant reconstructions were performed at the same procedure. A breast lift was done at the time of implant port removal 3 months later, and her saline implants were exchanged for silicone gel implants. Note that her procedures have improved the symmetry of her breasts, and that mild rippling of the implants is visible.
