27-year-old woman with left breast cancer treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy and a left nipple-sparing mastectomy. An immediate left single-stage breast implant reconstruction achieved symmetry with her right breast, which was not operated on. Postoperative images at 6 weeks after surgery are shown with a well-hidden incision in the inframammary fold.
