Before and after breast revision surgery in a 55 year old woman. Her implants that were inserted over 15 years ago now made her feel “top heavy” and matronly in her smallish frame.
Her breast revision involved removal of old saline implants from beneath the muscle (explantation) and a mastopexy (breast lift) of her breast tissue. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra roll.
Follow up images are shown at one year after surgery. Her scars are mature and she is happy to feel “au naturale” with her own tissue, with a more perky and proportional outcome.
