45-year-old woman with a history of significant scoliosis and left breast cancer, chemotherapy and radiation therapy. She wished to have breast reconstruction with a fuller result than her natural right breast. A left SIEA flap and a right balancing breast augmentation achieved her personal goals for reconstruction. Postoperative images after her nipple and areola have been reconstructed are shown with a bright tattoo color and a flatter tummy with scars that are not yet mature.
