34-year-old BRCA-positive woman with a history of right-sided breast cancer and chemotherapy. She elected to have a left prophylactic skin-sparing mastectomy and bilateral DIEP flap reconstructions. A breast reduction pattern was used for her left mastectomy, enabling the left flap to be completely buried beneath her natural breast skin. The right breast flap has some abdominal skin showing. Her nipples and areolas have been reconstructed recently. Her postoperative images show symmetric, more proportional and more shapely breast reconstructions and a flatter tummy - a perk after surviving breast cancer and having children!
