50-year-old woman with a history of right-sided breast cancer, bilateral mastectomies, chemotherapy and radiation. Bilateral DIEP flaps reconstructed her breasts, and she returned to her job as a lounge singer, belting out the tunes! Her chemotherapy port was left in place to enable ongoing Herceptin therapy, and her nipples and areolas were recently reconstructed in the postoperative images. Note the difference in skin tone between her right chest radiated skin and the lighter abdominal skin of her flap.
