Athletic 50-year-old woman with right breast cancer. She chose to have bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies and immediate reconstruction using her abdominal tissue. One DIEP flap and one SIEA flap were performed, based on the dominant blood supply to the abdominal tissue. Her nipples and areolas were lifted and better symmetry of the breasts was achieved. Postoperative images at one year are shown.
