67-year-old woman with bilateral breast cancer. Bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy and DIEP flap reconstructions maintained her body image, preserved the natural shape and size of her breasts and created a flatter abdominal contour. Early postoperative images at one month after surgery are shown.
