Before and after bilateral skin-sparing and nipple-sparing mastectomies and DIEP flap breast reconstructions in a 48-year-old woman with breast cancer.
Following her mastectomies, she required chemotherapy and left chest wall radiation. She took several months off work during her cancer treatments and slowly resumed exercise and her “normal life.”
She was incredibly grateful to combine her “Mommy Makeover” (essentially a tummy tuck) with her breast cancer reconstruction. Follow up photos are shown 9 months after surgery.
