Before and after bilateral nipple reduction in a 55-year-old woman. She felt she had to hide her protruding nipples with padded bras and wanted to be able to wear tank tops and dresses braless but not get so much attention because of her nipples!
A nipple reduction was done for each breast in the office under local anesthesia. After surgery, she worked from home for a week and resumed exercise at two weeks.
Long-term follow up photos are shown 2 years after surgery.
