Before and after bilateral inverted nipple correction in a 23-year-old woman. She felt self-conscious about her inverted nipples and small areolas and was looking for them to be “out” and to have a more defined areola. She had tried nipple piercings in the past to help bring her nipples out, which only produced excess scar tissue.
Inverted nipple correction was performed in the office under local anesthesia. Six months later, she sought medical tattoo to create a larger and more defined areolar circle.
Follow up photos are shown 9 months after surgery and three months after medical tattoo. She is very pleased with her results!
