Before and after bilateral nipple reduction in a 46-year-old woman. She had relatively small breasts and was self-conscious about the size and length of her nipples.
A nipple reduction trimmed her nipples in length and reduced their base diameter as well. Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery. She no longer wears nipple covers in her bras, and is comfortable going braless as well when she wears a tank top!
