Before and after bilateral nipple reduction surgery in a 46-year-old mother of three. After breastfeeding, her nipples had stretched out and become droopy. Her breasts were relatively small, and she was embarrassed of her nipples, always trying to hide them in heavily padded bras.
A nipple reduction decreased the length of her nipples, and the bases of the nipples were stabilized so they would be less floppy. After surgery, she took two weeks off exercise and stayed out of her hot tub for 6 weeks (nasty bacteria flourish at high temperatures!). Follow up photos are shown a month after surgery.
