Before and after bilateral inverted nipple correction in a 34-year-old woman. She felt self-conscious about her inverted nipples, especially since she was newly single after leaving a long-term relationship.
She wanted them to be “out” and to be able to not wear a bra and to have them show through her tank tops. She was elated to learn that future breastfeeding should still be possible after having this procedure.
An inverted nipple correction was performed under local anesthesia as a simple outpatient procedure. After surgery, she took one week off work and two weeks off exercise. Follow up photos are shown 6 weeks after surgery.
