Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift as part of a Mommy Makeover in a 43-year-old woman. Following the birth of her three children, her breasts had grown exponentially in size, drooped towards the floor and excess fat that was never there before crept up on her.
A breast reduction reduced the size of her breasts and reshaped them auto-augmentation mastopexy technique, lifting them up higher on her chest wall. Liposuction removed excess fat from armpits and lower back/bra rolls. After surgery, she took a full six weeks off work to recover and arranged for extra help with her children and house upkeep.
