62-year-old woman with hypermastia and breast droop. A breast reduction made her breasts significantly smaller and lifted, and liposuction of the axillary rolls and sides of the breasts helped to further reshape these areas. Postoperatively, images at 6 months show a dramatic transformation in her body contour with a more youthful and slimmer appearance overall.
