Before and after breast reduction in a 20 year old woman. She had extremely large and heavy breasts that were interfering with her ability to exercise and attracting unwanted attention.
A breast reduction removed excess breast tissue from the bottoms and sides of her breasts. Early follow up photos are shown at 3 months after surgery.
She is now able to wear just a cute bralette without major support versus her former matronly bras that made her feel 60, not 20!
