26-year-old woman with breast asymmetry and hypermastia. A breast reduction achieved greater symmetry of her breasts which were lifted, smaller and more proportional to her athletic frame. As part of her breast reduction, her areola diameter was reduced to suit her new breast size and shape. Postoperative photos at 2 months after surgery are shown.
