56-year-old woman with breast droop, hypermastia and excess fat in the axilla (armpit area) and bra/back roll regions. Her breast reduction included liposuction contouring of the axillary rolls and bra/back rolls to contour these areas and create definition to the side of her breasts. Her breast reduction created smaller and perkier natural-appearing breasts. Early follow up images are shown at 2 months with normal light pink incisions.
