Before and after bilateral breast reduction and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 31-year-old woman with significant macromastia and breast droop. She needed to wear a bra all day and all night long, even while she slept!
A breast reduction removed excess breast tissue from her breasts and reshaped her remaining breast tissue into a shapelier breast form. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Long-term follow up photos are shown 7 years after surgery. Her breast lift has held up despite up and down swings in her weight and she has kept up her healthier lifestyle now that she can actually exercise!
