Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 42-year-old woman with significant macromastia. She had all the expected signs and symptoms of extremely large and pendulous breasts.
A breast reduction achieved better proportion of her breasts to her body size and alleviated her physical symptoms. Her breast tissue was lifted and repositioned higher up on her chest. Liposuction of the axillary rolls and bra roll created more definition to the sides of her breasts and the axillary region.
Follow up photos are shown one year after surgery.
