Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 31-year-old woman with macromastia. She had been thinking about having a breast reduction since her teenage years; since she still had not gotten married and had children, she felt like now was the right time to finally have this procedure! She wanted to maintain her proportions and curves but to have less weight on her shoulders.
A breast reduction removed over a pound and a half of tissue from each breast. Liposuction removed over a liter of fat from her bra rolls and armpits (known as the axillary rolls).
Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery. Her scars are fading, and her nipple sensation has returned. She is very happy with her decision to have surgery!
