Before and after bilateral breast reduction and liposuction of the bra roll and axillary rolls in a 25-year-old woman.
A breast reduction relieved her back, neck, and shoulders of the chronic strain due to her heavy, hanging breasts. Her breast tissue was rearranged and placed higher up on her chest. Liposuction permanently removed unwanted fat from the sides of her breasts and her armpits.
Follow up photos are shown one year after surgery.
