Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 17-year-old woman. Since the age of ten when she started developing breasts, she received unwanted attention and did everything possible to minimize the look of her chest.
Over two pounds of excess heavy breast tissue was removed from each breast. The auto-augmentation technique was used to lift, reshape and contour her remaining breast tissue. Liposuction removed a full liter of fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 8 months after surgery. Her scars are maturing, she is now exercising wearing only one sports bra and without pain when she runs, and she loves her breasts for the very first time since puberty! She and her parents are pleased to know that future breastfeeding is indeed a possibility, and that she is still proportional to the rest of her body.
