Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift using the auto-augmentation technique with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 26-year-old woman. Her heavy and extremely dense breasts did not fit her slender and athletic body and limited her from participating in all the sports she used to do before puberty.
A breast reduction removed at least a third of the total volume of her breasts, reshaping her remaining breast tissue into a rounder shape. Liposuction removed unwanted fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 9 months after surgery. She still feels “like herself”, just lighter and less top-heavy.
