Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls as part of a Mommy Makeover in a 62-year-old woman. Since she was also a Grandmother, she considered this surgery a “Nana Makeover” as well!
Two pounds of excess breast tissue was removed from her breasts, which were lifted and reshaped. Liposuction removed fat from her axillary rolls (armpits and bra rolls), upper and lower abdomen, pubic region, flanks and upper inner thighs. A tummy tuck with repair of her rectus diastasis was performed at the same time.
Follow up photos are shown 10 months after surgery. She feels less matronly and comfortable wearing fitted tops (sans-bra) now and even a two-piece swimsuit without underwire!
