Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 37-year-old woman. she worked as a MUNI bus driver and found it difficult to turn the large steering wheel without neck and shoulder strain due to the large size of her breasts.
A breast reduction removed over a pound and a half of breast tissue from each breast. Her remaining tissue was lifted and reshaped using the auto-augmentation technique. Liposuction permanently removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Due to the extreme physical nature of her job, she took a full three months off work to recover and regain her full range of motion before assuming the safety of public transit passengers once again.
Follow up photos are shown nearly 6 months after surgery. Her scars are maturing, and she loves her natural looking results!
