Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 47-year-old woman. She had lost a significant amount of weight the previous year and developed significant drooping of her breasts with this volume loss.
A breast reduction removed over a pound of excess tissue from each breast. The auto-augmentation technique was used to lift her breasts and reshape them into a natural, teardrop form.
Early follow up photos are shown 2 months after surgery. She has started scar therapy and already loves her new breasts!
