Before and after bilateral breast reduction and liposuction of the axillary rolls as part of a Mommy Makeover procedure in a 50-year-old woman. Her breasts were heavy and pendulous, and limited her from exercising and wearing normal blouses without them gaping widely at the buttons.
A breast reduction removed over two pounds of heavy, dense tissue from each breast. Her remaining breast tissue was rearranged higher up on her chest and into a rounder shape. Liposuction removed over a liter of excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 3 years after surgery. Her scars are nearly mature, and she actually enjoys exercise and clothes shopping now!
