Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift as part of a Mommy Makeover in a 54-year-old mother of four. She wanted a natural-looking lift of her breasts, rather than to look fake or “done.”
Over a pound of breast tissue was removed from each breast, and a subtle lift reshaped her breasts but kept them in their somewhat low position. Liposuction removed fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 2 years after surgery. She is very pleased with her outcome, and that she looks natural and still “like herself”.
