Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 49 year old woman with macromastia and breast asymmetry. Her breasts were limiting her from exercising easily, wearing buttoned shirts without having them gape widely, and buying regular bras without spending a fortune.
A breast reduction removed several pounds of heavy tissue from each breast and reshaped her remaining breast tissue into a rounder shape. Liposuction removed fat from her bra rolls and armpit region.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. She has started scar therapy and is back exercising and enjoying wearing clothes she was never able to before!
