Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 41-year-old woman. She traveled to San Francisco for her Plastic Surgery, as she had family living here and could work from home during her recovery.
She was looking for smaller, lifted and rounder-shaped breasts, but to stay proportional to the rest of her body. A breast reduction removed over a pound of weight from each breast. The breasts were reshaped using the auto-augmentation technique. Liposuction permanently removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Early follow up photos are shown 6 weeks after surgery. She has been educated about scar therapy and is ready to travel home. She will follow up with us via video and see us next at her one-year anniversary!
