Before and after bilateral breast reduction and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 17-year-old woman with macromastia and congenital asymmetry of the breasts. She found exercise painful, clothes shopping frustrating and being the recipient of unwanted attention due to her large breasts embarrassing.
A breast reduction reduced the size of her breasts and created improved symmetry. Liposuction removed excess fat from her bra rolls and armpit region. Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery.
