Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 37-year-old woman.
Nearly three pounds of tissue was excised from each breast. Her remaining breast tissue was rearranged and reshaped into a smaller, rounder teardrop shape. Liposuction removed a liter and a half of excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Long-term follow up photos are shown 3 years after surgery, with mature scars and an enduring result.
