Before and after bilateral breast reduction and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 30-year-old woman. Her large, pendulous breasts were limiting her ability to exercise and made shopping for clothes frustrating, as she was a size small on the bottom but an extra large on the top!
A breast reduction removed over a pound and a half of heavy tissue from each breast. Her remaining breast tissue was lifted and reshaped using the auto-augmentation technique. Liposuction removed unwanted fat from her underarms and the bra rolls.
Early follow up photos are shown just 6 weeks after surgery. Her nipples have not begun to wake up and become erect. She is ready to begin scar therapy and return to unrestricted exercise.
