Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 28-year-old woman. Her breasts were out of proportion with the rest of her body, limiting her ability to exercise easily and causing poor posture and upper back pain
A breast reduction removed excess breast tissue, skin and fat from the lower pole of her breasts. The remaining breast tissue was reshaped and lifted up higher on her chest wall using the auto-augmentation technique. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 2 years after surgery with mature scars and her final results.
