Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 47-year-old woman. She wanted her breasts to be smaller but remain proportional to the rest of her body. She was in San Francisco for a work contract that was finishing up and was ready for her breast reduction journey!
A breast reduction removed over a pound and a half of tissue from each breast. Her breasts were reshaped and lifted, and liposuction removed excess fat from her bra rolls. She arranged to stay in the Bay Area for two months after surgery to allow for healing and frequent visits to our office before she travelled across the country to her home state.
Follow up photos are shown 7 weeks after surgery. She is ready to go home and start scar therapy. We will see her next via video six months after surgery, and in person at one year. She already loves her smaller, proportional breasts and the ability to wear cute little soft bralettes!
