Before and after bilateral breast reduction and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 26-year-old woman. Her breast size and weight limited her ability to exercise, find tops that fit well and caused unwanted attention to her chest.
A breast reduction removed much of her heavy breast tissue from the bottom and sides of her breasts. A proportional amount of tissue was left behind and reshaped using the auto-augmentation method of a breast lift. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown a year after surgery. She feels like she has “a new lease on life,” and she loves dress shopping now!
