Before and after bilateral breast reduction and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 25-year-old woman. She had all the expected symptoms of macromastia, including pain, inability to exercise without wearing two or three sports bras, shoulder grooves and rashes under her breasts.
A breast reduction removed a pound and a half of breast tissue from each breast. Liposuction removed over a liter of fat from her bra rolls and armpits.
Follow up photos are shown 7 months after surgery. Her scars and maturing and she is actually enjoying exercise now!
