Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 49-year-old woman who was very athletic and wanted to be “as small as possible”.
A breast reduction removed nearly two pounds of breast tissue from each breast. Liposuction removed 800 cc of fat from her bra rolls (that is more than a full bottle of wine, to picture the actual volume that was suctioned out)!
Early follow up photos are shown 2 months after surgery. She is ready to begin scar therapy and she already loves her "pretty little boobies.”
