Before and after breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 42-year-old woman. She had chronic pain and pulling on her neck and shoulders due to the weight of her breasts. She developed shoulder grooving from her bra straps and chronic rashes under her breasts.
A breast reduction removed over a pound of tissue from each breast. Her breasts were reshaped to be rounder and were repositioned higher on the chest using the auto-augmentation technique. Liposuction debulked her armpits and bra roll area through four tiny incisions.
Follow up photos are shown one year after surgery. Her scars are now mature, and she loves her breasts!
