Before and after bilateral breast reduction and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 52-year-old woman. Her preoperative photos speak for themselves – she really could benefit from a breast reduction!
Excess breast tissue, skin and fat was removed from her breasts – the remaining proportional amount of tissue that was preserved was reshaped as a more perky and lifted breast shape. Liposuction removed unwanted fat from her bra rolls and armpit region – the “axillary rolls”.
Follow up photos are shown a year and a half after surgery with mature scars and her final breast shape and volume.
