Before and after bilateral breast reduction and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 22 year old woman. Her breasts were pendulous, large, and heavy. She didn’t feel like her breasts looked like a 22 year old’s, with huge areolas, stretch marks and nipple pointing toward the floor (Grade III ptosis). She wanted to be significantly smaller than her current breast size.
Over two pounds of breast tissue was removed from each breast. Nearly a liter of fat was liposuctioned from her armpits and bra rolls. After surgery, she took several weeks off school and her part-time job. Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery.
